Please note: Custom products, design fees, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any request for return or modification must be made within 24 hours of receiving or placing the order.

Purchasing information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm, Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. We will contact you immediately in the event of an anomaly or to confirm any additional details required to process your order. If applicable, you will be informed within 1-2 working days of any shipping or special handling charges associated with oversized items in your order and/or the delivery address specified. For larger quantities and volumes, please call us.

Production times vary depending on the quantity and type of project. Once the proof has been approved, a production lead time of 10 days is generally required. Products are shipped within 5 to 7 business days of proof approval. Delivery is available within Canada only.

In order to offer a 360° service to our customers, several items in our online store are offered with a fixed price for graphic design. The design is created directly with a senior graphic designer. The fixed prices for graphic design offered in our online store are based on our past experience. In order to respect this budget, we need the final content to start production:

  • Texts
  • Images
  • Logo
  • Guide to branding your company
  • Any inspiration or ideas you may have for graphic design.

Once these elements have been received, we will send you the mock-up.The fixed price displayed for graphic design in our online store includes one or two returns only. Similarly, the fixed price displayed does not include logo design, illustration or custom iconography. Any extra charges will be billed extra.

Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel or modify an order. Orders already processed may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees. Orders for graphics and other custom printed products cannot be cancelled once electronic proofs have been approved and printing has begun. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. At present, we only accept payment via PayPal.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to make the necessary arrangements. Fuzion Marketing Solutions is not responsible for return shipping on flawless products. Custom graphics and other products, as well as design, shipping and rush charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Certain returned products that are not damaged or defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned complete in their original packaging with no visible damage or wear. Fuzion Marketing Solutions does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on discounted items. All sales are final for products purchased on sale or clearance. If you receive a defective product, notify us within 24 hours of receipt and Fuzion Marketing Solutions will repair or exchange it.

Please read carefully our procedure for receiving an order suspected of having been damaged in transit. If these steps are not followed, the customer may be held responsible for the cost of replacing and/or repairing orders damaged during delivery. When your order is delivered, you must take a photo clearly showing the damage to the item (or packaging) and have it documented by the delivery person when signing for damaged items. You must inspect your entire order and inform us of any problems immediately upon receipt. Packages arriving damaged and/or appearing to have been mishandled during transit must be reported to Fuzion Marketing Solutions within 24 hours of delivery. Although all shipments leaving Fuzion Marketing Solutions are insured, failure to comply with this procedure prevents us from filing a claim with the carrier.
