To celebrate the launch of its new products across Canada, Avène wanted to organize three events in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The events had to take place within a few days of each other to maintain momentum on a national scale, which required rapid and precise logistics and organization. This ambitious project was achieved thanks to an effective collaboration between Bicom (ideation, concept), Idylliq (design) and Fuzion Marketing (production). We also worked closely with several local suppliers to ensure everything was ready on time.
The events, aimed at media and influencers, have been designed to be dynamic and interactive. Bicom had the innovative idea of creating game stations on the theme of cosmetics science, making the kiosks even more attractive.
