Custom booth design

As part of the Salon de la Femme on April 14, 2023, VICHY needed a complete custom kiosk. We worked closely with VICHY’s marketing department to meet all their needs, designing 3D sketches to ensure their satisfaction before going to print. Once approved, we managed the transportation, design, planning, assembly and dismantling of the bespoke kiosk.

The kiosk was built using Duo Display’s H LINE panels and included a modular panoLED television, offering a very attractive “wall in video” effect thanks to its image quality. Our detail-oriented team met challenges such as adding an LED-lit shelf, ingeniously camouflaging visible wires with pre-printed PVC sheets. The result was an impressive kiosk, offering additional display space for VICHY.

Designing a custom 10 x 20 kiosk

Saint-Hyacinthe

Mandate

One of the key points for VICHY was to include a notion of experiential marketing. For this project, we therefore made a custom-made 36-inch-diameter makeshift wheel, covered with custom-printed PVC sheets.

Process

  • Initial meeting and brainstorming with client: understanding needs and objectives.
  • Design: development of the general idea.
  • 3D modeling: creation of models to visualize the concept.
  • Custom H LINE panels from Duo Display: production of striking custom panels.
  • Installation of a giant panoLED TV: integration of a high-tech modular TV.
  • Printing and fabrication
  • Custom fabrication : design of a 36-inch custom-made makeshift wheel

Fun Fact

The person hired to spin the wheel during the congress was none other than Annick Dumontet, host of the famous show “La Roue de Fortune” broadcast on our provincial airwaves.

Results

The custom-built exhibition stand was a resounding success. The customer was extremely satisfied with the result and the speed of execution. The booth is reusable, easy to transport and set up for future trade shows.
